The Human Awareness Institute (HAI) empowers individuals to be potent, loving, contributing human beings. HAI UK facilitates workshops which promote personal growth and social evolution by replacing ignorance and fear with awareness and love. Their aim is to enable people to live in dignity, respect, understanding, trust, kindness, compassion, honesty and love.

A time for those who want to create a personal difference in their lives, especially in the arena of relating and connecting.
Meet warm, friendly HAI people. Experience a safe, loving, nurturing atmosphere. Give and receive some hugs, if you choose to. Find out more about the HAI workshops and community. Try out some HAI exercises for yourself. The event is free, with a suggested donation of £10 to cover our costs. Do let us know if you would like to join us.

Bring more love and nurturing into your life. Learn to create the great relationships you've always wanted. Many of us have our experiences of love and intimacy unconsciously linked with shame, guilt or fear. This often prevents us from entering into the full joy of our aliveness in relationship.
Exploring Intimacy is a spectacular day. Come and experience directly your beauty, your power, your love for yourself, and the love others have for you. Priya and Bob (the previous producers of HAI UK) create a safe, supportive atmosphere. A series of exercises invite you into connection with others, in an easy, fun way. You are always at choice as to your pace and your participation level.
This is a one day workshop primarily for single individuals – couples are welcome too.
